Protection for both parties as long as you are using our services. When your bids are excepted the webmasters have to add funds to an escrow account, once that has been completed you can begin on the project. When a freelancer completes a project but for some reason the webmaster has not released the escrow you can contact us for an arbitration and if the project has been satisfactorly completed then you will receive the escrow. Through our safe escrow when you except a bid you do not have to send the winning bidder any funds when the project starts, you send the funds to one of our accounts and once the project has been satisfactorly completed you then release the funds through your control panel. If the winning bidder can not complete the project you can choose a new bidder or receive the escrow back. This service is free for webmasters. Price Project fees are only 10% of the bid, this is deducted out of the winning freelancers bid. Except for job postings project postings are always free for webmasters. Type of job Freelancers can bid and communicate on any project or job that you feel qualified for. You can post outsource projects. If you would like to post a job there is a flat fee of 1500 Baht that can be submitted through your control panel before posting the job. Once the fee has been submited then you are allowed to place your contact details in the project overview. How long to display your project? Your bid and ability to communicate with the buyer will remain as long as the project is open. 30 Days with project extensions available (So you don't have a website full of old projects). Who uses our site? Although the majority of our freelancers come from Thailand we have freelancers from all over the world. Our webmasters Geographic's are from all over the world so your projects will have global exposure giving webmasters better chances for lower bids on their projects. Freelancer notification When a project is posted that matches the skills you have set in your profile you will receive emails for newly posted projects that match your skills set. When you post a project emails are sent to freelance coders whom have skills that match your project skills. Ongoing Communication When a project has been posted you will be able to communicate with the buyer for as long as the project remains open, either through private messages PM or on the open message boards. After posting a project and receiving bids you will be able to communicate with the bidders to completely clarify your project details against their bids.
